TURBULENT TIMES BUILD
GREAT LEADERS
Last two years are truly challenging for the whole nation
& all over the world. Due to this universal pandemic all over once again
proves that life itself can be so unpredictable especially in these utterly
uncertain economic times. Just when you believe you are clear on what the
futures going to look like something instantly transforms the thing around us.
In last two years it happened with all of us on mental level,
health wise, financially just when it feels like things will finally get to
normal or just when you think you have everything figured out ,a mountain of
change sideswipes you and blows you out of feet.
Last two years are tough for all of us especially people in
the field of education whether they are involved directly like teachers,
professionals, administrators & other employees.
Most people hide in their shells when the going gets rough.
They retreat in to their bunkers. They push away anything that pulls them the
least bit out of their comfort zone. And sadly they also push away their
chances for growth, mastery and lasting achievements.
It is rightly said that, “When
the going gets tough, the tough gets going.”
Just keep in mind that difficult days never last, but strong
people always do. The hard conditions are nothing more than chances to become
heroic and that challenging time in both business and in life are incredible
opportunities to transform mess in to success.
One thing I learned through my personal experience that if
you are in trouble in these adverse situations in life surely the family &
friends are there for your support but ultimately it’s you who have to give
your best to come out of it.
Positive thinking is the first & foremost requirement to
come out of these challenging situations. The more time you spend outside of
your comfort zone, the wider it grows & that means that more you stretch
the more things that scared you now feels normal.
When you go to your limits, your limits will expand. You’ll
never know how high you can climb if you don’t even try. You are not truly
alive unless you’re pushing risk & eating your fears. It’s true that brave
don’t run. The brave eat their fears before their fears eat them.
The philosopher Seneca said it so well,”It is not because
things are difficult that we do not dare; it is because we do not dare that
things are difficult.”
BE POSITIVE, EAT YOUR
FEARS, GO TO THE EDGE OF YOUR LIMITS, BE BRAVE
