POSITIVE THINKING
means BE POSITIVE
Positive thinking or an optimistic attitude is the practice
of focusing on the good in any given situation. Positive thinking has a big
impact on our physical and mental health. It simply means we approach the good
and the bad in life with the expectation that the things go well.
And we believe or not it surely happens as “thoughts become
things”, it says “What we think about, we bring about”. It’s the idea that we
attract any thing we want into our lives by visualizing our desired results
using affirmations expecting good things to happen, being appreciative and
taking inspired action.
I personally love one famous quote of late Dr. Harivansh Rai
Bachchan ,”Man ka ho to Achha , Na ho to aur bhi Achha”. Once Mr Amitabh
Bachchan talked about this & positivity in this is really philosophical
that when it’s not according to our will, then it’s on the will of God &
God have some different & better thoughts for things to happen in our life.
In a diversified country like India where despite all the religions we all
believe in God & if we have faith in God that we all are his loved ones so
every small thing happening to us is by his will & that’s best for all of
us.
Positive thinking does not necessarily means avoiding or
ignoring the bad things instead, it involves making the most of potentially bad
situations, trying to see the best in other people and viewing yourself &
your abilities in a positive light & manner. So always be positive about
things happening in our life. Surely all of us experienced this in last two
years in our life due to this pandemic all over the world & we survived due
to this Positive Thinking.
Our development in life is also effected by people near us ,
so we have to choose right people around us as it is very true that positivity
comes from inside, but the people around us will be a big reason to remain
positive in life .So choose your friends very wisely. World is full of nice
& positive peoples & it’s also our own responsibility to spread
positivity around.
If all of us will adopt positivity & spread it this world
will be a better place for all particularly in today’s scenario of uncertainty
it is a must for every ones mental & physical health. So be positive &
behave positively whatever the circumstances are & also inspire others for
the same.
Be a positive person who focuses on what’s good in their
life, finds joy in the simple thing and takes the general attitude that while
there are lots of things they can’t directly control but they can control what
they choose to focus on. Most people enjoy the company of a positive person.
