LEAD WITHOUT A TITLE

Leadership plays an important role in the development of any organization. Effective leaders provide clarity of purpose, motivate & guide the organization to realize its mission.

We have examples of great leaders who changed the fortunes of their nation & society like few of them are  starting from Emperor Asoka The Great, Mahatma Gandhi ,Nelson Mandela , Mother Teresa ,Dalai Lama ,A.P.J Abdul Kalam ,J.R.D. Tata, Bill Gates to our current Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Our very beloved Chairman SAGE Er. Sanjeev Agrawal .

Every organization must have titles .We need people on the executive team setting the vision, steering the boat and holding ultimate responsibility for the results. No doubt Titles & Structures maintain order and keep everything running smoothly.

Leadership is a lot more about how brilliantly you work and how masterfully you behave. You just don’t need formal authority to lead anymore but instead only a desire to get involved and have the commitment to making a positive difference.

Mother Teresa said it so well “If everyone would sweep their own doorstep, the whole world will be clean”. I am sure every one of us must agree with her because that’s the only way to maintain cleanliness near our homes, colony, cities & country particularly in this period of pandemic when we all learned about importance of hygiene & cleanliness. So for each of us to show leadership, we need to start by being truly excellent in our current role.

Every job is an important job. And the awesome result of revealing leadership within the area of influence you are now in is that the more you do it, the more your areas of influence expand. Regardless of whether you have a formal title or not, you have total control of how you show up in your current role.

Lead without a Title is all about a profoundly fundamental yet forgotten secret,” You don’t have to have a title to be a leader.” “Everyone can lead, actually to build a truly outstanding organization, every single person who works there must lead.”

People have to do fantastic work, support their teammates and show real leadership instead of having some lofting titles on their business cards. You just need to be a living human being, that’s enough, that’s all it takes.

The highest of all human abilities is the ability each one of us has to choose how we respond to the environment we find ourselves within. And when each of us chooses peak performance and personal leadership of course the organization itself gets to world class speedily.

LWT is a transformational philosophy for work & life that anyone, of any age, from any place in any country in the world right now can apply to unleash their inner leader and experience awesome results within minutes.

We all have an “Inner Leader” inside of us, longing to break free .We all have a natural power to lead that has nothing to do with a big title or how old we are or where we live.

Anyone anywhere in the world can set up to the plate and take responsibility to drive changes and show leadership. Each one of us has this internal reservoir of leadership potential. We just need to become aware of it and then readily won it.

If people in any organization –from companies to governments to communities to schools to universities embraced this concept –the whole world would transform.

In Theater they say, “No role is small role.’ Same applies in business. The only way any organization and any human being, for that matter will win in these times of revolutionary change will be to start operating under a revolutionary new model of leadership.

And this model is all about creating an environment and culture where everyone needs to show leadership. Everyone needs to drive innovation. Everyone needs to inspire their teammates. Everyone needs to embrace change. Everyone needs to take responsibility for results. Everyone needs to be positive. Everyone needs to become devoted to expressing their absolute best. And once they do, the organization not only will adapt beautifully to the changing conditions, it will actually lead within its field.

We all need to lead where we are planted and shine where we now find ourselves. We all need to demonstrate leadership regardless of our titles.
